1. About these terms
By browsing or buying from ellokart.com you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time; the version in force is the one published here on the day you place your order.
2. Your account
An account is required to place an order, though not to browse. You must be 18 or older to hold one. Keep your sign-in details to yourself — you are responsible for orders placed from your account unless you have told us it has been compromised. We may suspend an account that is used for fraudulent or repeatedly abandoned orders.
3. Orders and pricing
Placing an order on this site is a request, not a completed sale. A contract is formed only when our agent has reached you on WhatsApp or Viber, confirmed the items and agreed a payment method with you. Until then we may decline the order — for example if an item is out of stock or a price is obviously wrong.
- Prices include tax where applicable.
- Delivery charges are shown in your cart before you place the order.
- Stock is held for a limited window while we try to reach you, then released.
- Promotional codes cannot be combined unless we say so.
4. Payment
No payment is taken on this website and we never ask for card details here or in chat. Payment is arranged with you directly — cash on delivery, UPI or bank transfer — during the confirmation conversation. If anyone claiming to be from ElloKart asks you for card numbers, one-time passcodes or remote access to your device, it is not us.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel an order yourself, free, at any point before it ships — from the order page in your account or from its tracking page. After it ships we do not accept returns or exchanges; if an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, our Shipping page explains how we put that right. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
6. Our liability
We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.
