How do I pay for my order?

Not on this website. Once you place an order, an agent contacts you on WhatsApp or Viber to confirm the details, and you agree how to pay in that conversation — cash on delivery, UPI or bank transfer. No card details are ever entered here.

What is the six-digit code on my order?

It is how you know the person messaging you is really from ElloKart. When our agent contacts you on WhatsApp or Viber, they will ask you to read the code out. We will never send it to you, never ask for it anywhere else, and never ask for card details or a one-time password. Only pay once your order page shows Ready to pay.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery is 2–4 working days from the moment your order is confirmed on WhatsApp or Viber — not from when you place it. The order tracking page linked in your confirmation shows exactly which stage you are at.

How much does delivery cost?

Accepted Answer

Each product carries its own delivery charge, shown on the product page and again in your cart. Many are free; where one applies it is charged once per product, however many you buy, and the total is on screen before you place the order.

What happens if you cannot reach me?

We try three times over 48 hours. If we still have not heard from you the order is cancelled automatically and the stock goes back on sale — nothing is charged, because nothing was ever taken.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel it yourself from the order page in your account, or from its tracking page, any time before it ships. After that, or for a change rather than a cancellation, reply on the same chat and the agent will sort it out.

Can I return something?

Accepted Answer

No — we do not accept returns or exchanges, including for change of mind, so please ask us anything before you order. If an item reaches you damaged, faulty or simply not what you ordered, that is different: message us on the same chat within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund you.

Do I need an account to order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Browsing, searching and filling a cart need no account, but placing an order does. It is how you get an order history, saved addresses and a wishlist, how we know who to contact to confirm, and how you can cancel an order yourself before it ships. Signing in from your cart brings you straight back to it.
