What we collect
The information you give us when you place an order or create an account — name, delivery address, email, phone number — and technical information your browser sends, such as device type and approximate location from your IP address.
We do not collect card or bank details on this site, because payment is never taken here.
Why we use it
To contact you about your order, deliver it, sort out any delivery problem and answer your questions. Your phone number is central to that: it is how our agent reaches you on WhatsApp or Viber to confirm what you have ordered.
We also use aggregated, non-identifying data to work out which parts of the site are confusing.
Who we share it with
Only the companies we need to run the shop: our couriers, our email provider, and the messaging platform you chose to be contacted on. Each is limited to the service they provide us. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years because tax law requires it. Everything else is deleted within twelve months of your account closing.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of everything we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted.

- Turn off marketing email from any email footer.
- Closing your account removes your addresses and wishlist; order records are kept as above.
